There’s a place we all find ourselves in at one point or another. I call it the Messy Middle.
It’s that in-between space where life feels chaotic, uncertain, and heavy—where what once worked no longer fits, but the new hasn’t quite arrived yet.
It’s where everything feels stirred up like a tornado🌪️ is making its way through your life, and the old is breaking down, needing to be restructured, realigned and rebuilt.
The path of transformation usually goes like this:✨ Everything is fine… until it isn’t.✨ We start noticing cracks—relationships, careers, beliefs, our environment or identities no longer align. ✨ Things break down, and we struggle to hold it all together – this is the chaos, the Messy Middle.
But here’s the truth: the chaos is where power lives.
In the Messy Middle, lies choice.
We get to choose what we release and is no longer for us. To keep what we love and what serves us now—today. To create a new vision for who we want to be and how we want to live.
It’s where identity is rebirthed, purpose is reclaimed, and strength is forged.
Of course, letting go isn’t always easy. Sometimes we cling so tightly to something that the Universe steps in to nudge us—gently or not so gently—into release. And if we resist, we may find ourselves circling back to the same lesson again (and again) until we’re ready to move forward without it.
The Messy Middle is messy, yes—heart-breaking, dark and deep, soul-stretching, emotionally challenging and exhausting, and energy-draining.
And it can also be deeply inspiring, empowering, and even beautiful. Because when we surrender to the process, we experience our breakthrough and allow ourselves to be reshaped in ways we couldn’t have imagined.
I know this terrain well. I’ve journeyed through two Saturn Returns and three Dark Nights of the Soul. Each time I wondered if I’d ever climb back out. But I did—and each time I emerged stronger, clearer, and more aligned than before.
Those were the big ones, and I'm constantly experiencing the smaller breakdowns/breakthroughs because I'm committed to the work of alignment.
So if you’re in the Messy Middle right now, take heart.
This is not your ending—it’s your transformation into even more alignment with your soul. Your center. Your wisdom. The part of you where Source pours itself into and through you.
🌱 Trust the process.
🌱 Lean into the release.
🌱 Keep your eyes on the new life that’s waiting on the other side.
And if you’re ready to step into what’s next, I invite you to join me. Here’s 2 ways:

1. What am I currently being asked to release that no longer serves me?
