Integration Time: The Base Camps Your Soul Needs

Mt. Everest isn’t a climb where you charge straight to the summit—it requires making the slow, deliberate treks from base camp to base camp. Each stop is meant for rest, integration, and to let the body catch up to the altitude.
Skip those steps, and altitude sickness and other issues can set in—sometimes ending the climb altogether.
Self-development is no different.
Our life-long growth journey includes these “base camps” where we need integration time. It’s the space where our bodies, minds, environments and energy systems align with the shifts we’ve made. Sometimes, even when all signs and synchronicities say “go this way,” Source redirects us or provides unexpected or unintended outcomes. These detours aren’t failures—they’re the precise paths we need for the experiences and lessons meant for us.
There are times we move quickly between camps. Other times we take longer. Neither is wrong. The wisdom is in knowing when to pause, not push—when to let your nervous system, energy field, beliefs and environment settle before you begin to move forward again.
And then there’s those times where we actually feel like we’re moving backward – WTF?!

We think we’re done with a topic or experience and lo and behold, there it is again staring us straight in the face 😳 asking if we’re willing to go even deeper to get to the bottom of something and heal it instead of just doing a surface level fly-by like some cruel joke the Universe is playing. NOT.
That’s where a coach can make all the difference—like a trusted climbing guide who knows the terrain and can help you see the path in ways you can’t. Self-development can be gritty, messy, uncomfortable and pretty shitty sometimes. It requires a willingness to be courageous and keep being open for more growth and lessons.
Asking for help isn’t weakness. It’s strength. It shows your ability to be vulnerable to the lessons. Even coaches have coaches.
Sometimes integration time is necessary because of external energetic influences—solar flares, CME blasts, astrological shifts, or spikes in the Earth’s Schumann resonance. As energetic beings, we’re deeply connected to these rhythms. When they intensify, our bodies often ask for extra downtime.
Today, I’m listening to that call. The Schumann resonance has been on fire this week and I’m resting. I’m integrating. I’m honoring my own breakdown/breakthrough moments—because sometimes the bravest thing you can do on the climb… is stop and breathe.
✨My Soul Alignment Journey program is launching soon—a guided process to help you explore and reclaim or reinvent your identity and purpose, integrate, align, and move forward without burnout or overwhelm. Journal Prompts:
Where in my growth journey am I being asked to pause and allow integration before taking my next step?
How can I honor the pace my soul needs rather than the pace I think I “should” be moving?
