This could mean a lot of things. From the opposite of mentally checking out, to checking in at a hotel. The context I want to use here is using your own inner (and/or guided) knowledge to help direct your way.
Many times my clients will hear my say, "Hold on a minute, I need to check in".
This is when I tune in to the place(s) where I gain clarity, information and insight. I use it to:
-Learn next steps
-Make sure there is alignment
-Listen for what needs to be said
and anything else that pops up.
Don't know how to do that for yourself, or TRUST that what your getting isn't just your own head talking? Let's set up a session to get you more in tune!!
